monument of Dakar. It was built close to the sea
in 2001 by the architect Pierre Atepa
Goudiaby.

Saint Louis, située au nord du Sénégal ce fut la première capitale
du pays.
Elle fut fondée en 1659 et fut batisée
ainsi en l'honneur du roi Louis 14.
Les touristes ont la possibilité

Located in the north of Senegal, Saint Louis was the first
capital of the country. The city was founded in 1659 and named Saint Louis
in honor of king Louis 14. Tourists have the opportunity to visit the city in
cart as see first. Saint Louis is nicknamed "African Venice" and is classified
as a world heritage by UNESCO. The city preserve many houses typical of
colonial times.
